Tourette Syndrome Association, Inc.
The Tourette Sysndrome Association is accepting applicatoins for their grant awards in the basic and clinical sciences. These awards are being offered for up to $75,000 to Ph.D. and M.D. applications and $40,000 for post-doctoral fellowships. Fields of interest include:

The Parkinson’s disease Society (PDS)
Project grant Applications

As a part of our continuing commitment to build research capacity related to Parkinson’s, we wish to invite applications for our highly successful and established project grant scheme.
Applications are invited for project grants of up to three years. Grants are tenable only at a United Kingdom University, an NHS Trust, a statutory Social Care organization, or other research institution.

The Parkinson’s Diseases Society supports Biomedical, Health and Social Care and Social Policy research and wishes to particularly encourage research related to the improvement of the quality of life for people with the Parkinson’s.

The Lagrange Prize-Fondazione CRT
On Complex Systems - Noticification of Competition- YEAR 2007

Aim an Criteria: The Lagrange Prize-Fondazione CRT aims at promoting research activities on complex systems. Both theoretical and experimental research activities are taken into account. In particular, the prize will be awarded to such scientific research which, having generated a large impact on the international scientific community, has enabled the accomplishment of exceptional results in the science field of complex system and its applications in the decade prior to the publishing of this notice of competition.

The prize is assigned every year to two researchers. The prizes, each one endowed with the amount of €75,000 are assigned to individual researchers whom will be proclaimed as winners within December 2007 by scientific commission.

Deadline for candidature submission:
 
The candidacy dossier related to the year 2007 and including all documents has to be received by ISI Foundation within Oct.30th 2007.
