The Ellison Medical Foundation Senior Scholar program in Aging is designed to support established investigators, working at institutions in the U.S., to conduct research in the basic biological sciences relevant to understanding life span development processes and age-related diseases and disabilities. The Community Sequencing Program
The Department of Energy
The Department of Energy (DOE) is currently accepting applications for the Community Sequencing Program (CSP). The program was created to provide the scientific community with access to high-throughput sequencing at the DOE's Joint Genome Institute (JGI). Sequencing projects will be chosen based on scientific merit and relevance to issues in global carbon cycling, alternative energy production, and bioremediation.
