EuroScience Rammal Award
EuroScience is calling for nominees for the Rammal Award, an award given annually to an outstanding personality of strong scientific stature who, through his or her life and activity in a Mediterranean country has elevated the level of scientific exchanges in this part of the world. Artois-Baillet Latour Foundation
The Artois-Baillet Latour Foundation is calling for nominees for the InBev-Baillet Latour Health Prize—a prize awarded to recognize the scientific merits of a person whose work has contributed prominently to the improvement of human health. Call for Applicants
The programme "ATIP Jeunes Chercheurs" is funded by the "Départements Vivant et Environnement et Développement Durable" (Life Sciences and Environmental Sciences and Sustainable Development Divisions) of the CNRS. It offers an opportunity to scientists under 40 years of age for developing an innovative independent research project while setting up their own group within a CNRS laboratory. Selected projects will receive a three year €150,000 grant (equipment and consumables), the possibility of hiring a postdoctoral fellow for two years, at least 50 m2 of lab facilities and, whenever possible, technical assistance. Seven programmes concern specific research areas, and one is open to any project of high scientific quality related to Life Sciences.
